Pro: We had a wonderful stay at our bungalow at Aluasun Mediterraneo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our time there. Having direct access to the pool from our room was a great feature. The location of the resort was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing vacation. We also enjoyed the convenience of street parking and the easy access to explore the island with a car. The breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of continental and full English breakfast choices. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

It was as expected, had a very pleasant stay on all inclusive holidays. My kids and I appreciated being there. The food in the restaurant was great. The location was unbeatable and great, really close to a couple of gift shops, Las Palmeras itself and the local beaches. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Cala de Sant Esteve.

Free parking on-site provided. Good-sized and brilliant room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Satisfactory breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Location really close to a good supermarket, and local restaurants & supermarkets, also other hotels in chain.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the well-equipped apartments and the clean and spacious communal areas. The staff at Alua Sun were friendly and fabulous, always ready to assist. The location was great, with a pleasant pool area and peaceful surroundings. The kitchenette area provided a perfect spot for breakfast on the balcony with a sea view. The pool bar had very reasonable drink prices.

The staff were hospitable and helpful and the location was peaceful in centre. We had a good breakfast, really enjoyed the meal with pancakes made to order, hams plus local cuisine.

the location was quiet and unbeatable, to s'algar sea front! the unit we got was spotless with stunning views as well as a dresser.

The accommodation was exactly as described, mind-blowingly well cared for. The pool and children's facilities were jaw-droppingly excellent and the buffet breakfast was super delicious. The staff, especially Antonio and Angela at reception, were exceptional and made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant served very good food and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. We loved the fabulous grounds, the lovely rooms, and the perfect pool. The bars served delicious mojitos poolside and the bingo nights were a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the various activities available, such as table tennis, mini golf, darts, and hiking. The beach access was a great plus, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The children's play area and pool, as well as the kids club, were perfect for families. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we can't wait to go back next year!

As women travelling alone, we felt really safe and comfortable at this resort. The staff were fabulous and friendly, and Julia in particular was exceptional. The grounds were superb, and the rooms were lovely. The pool was always a perfect option, and we enjoyed the delicious mojitos served poolside. The location on the cliffs next to the water was stunning, and it was easy to get around the island with a car.

I had a great stay at a nice hotel with a good location on cliffs right by the water. It was easy to get around the island with a car and there was plenty of street parking available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel complex was spacious and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. It was a perfect holiday for my family, with activities for both children and adults. I especially liked that they provided beach towels. I would highly recommend Aluasun.

We spent Christmas in a hotel, which turned out to be a great idea! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to the beach, and with a beautiful view from our room. The hotel had a spacious pool area, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. We also enjoyed the Christmas dinner offered by the hotel, which included a variety of traditional dishes.

While the hotel overall was lovely, there were a couple of downsides. The wifi was not very reliable and would often disconnect.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location of the hotel on top of a little hill with lovely views overlooking the sea is simply breathtaking. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, which is a convenient feature for those who prefer self-catering. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a wonderful bonus, ensuring guests start their day on a positive note.

I recently stayed at a hotel in S'Algar and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Aluasun were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Julia who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were lovely. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was always a perfect option. The restaurant served delicious food and we loved sipping on mojitos from the poolside bar. Additionally, the location was convenient and the bus station right at the door made it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the access to the facilities in another hotel in the resort, such as mini golf and fitness.

I had a great time at this hotel! It's located in a peaceful area close to a good beach and some nice restaurants in the square. The hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained. Finding a parking spot was never a problem. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. This was a perfect get away from it all holiday - highly recommended if you want to chill.
